The
Artist
Amad Cid is a Miami-based tattoo artist known for his work in color and black & grey realism. With a background in Architecture, his approach is rooted in structure, balance, and refined composition, allowing each tattoo to integrate naturally with the body.
Originally from Cuba, he developed his craft with a focus on precision, control, and long-term quality. His work is centered on custom, large-scale pieces, where every detail is carefully considered. Each project is built with intention, aiming to create tattoos that remain clean, balanced, and visually impactful over time. He works with a limited number of clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
Four disciplines,
one hand.
Every piece is a custom design. The process is the same regardless of style — consultation, design, execution.
-
High-contrast compositions in pure black ink. Bold silhouettes, solid fills, and graphic work built to stay sharp over time.
-
Photographic precision in black and grey. Portraits, nature, and detail-driven pieces built through depth and tonal range.
-
Full-color realism layered with care for skin tone and light. Vibrant, lifelike scenes that hold their saturation over years.
-
Maximum dimension and illusion. Work engineered to read as a photograph on skin — textures, reflections, and micro-detail.
